Shipping and Returns
All refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the request.
For physical products: 14-Day Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request to email@example.com with your order number within 14 days of your date of purchase.
Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Once a refund is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions. Returns must be approved before items are shipped back.
Damages and issues
Please thoroughly inspect your items as soon as you receive your order, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages caused by manufacturing issues, will be refunded immediately within 30 days of purchase. Damages caused by consumer misuse and/or wear and tear, will not be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, or sale items.
Shipment processing time: all orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bounce Bright is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Bounce Bright is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. If claim is approved by the courier, we will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for claim to be issued by the courier.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Bounce Bright will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
